SHIPPING & RETURNS
We typically dispatch orders within 2 - 3 business days from the receipt of the order. You will receive an email with the tracking details on the email id provided by you once your order has been shipped. Once shipped, please allow approximately 5 to 15 business days for your order to arrive with standard shipping.
Local Pickup ( Pune)
We also have a local pick up option available for those living in Pune. In this option, you could come and pick up your order in person from Bund Garden, Pune. If you need any assistance with regards to local pick up, shipment of your order or delivery please email us at email@example.com.
Free Standard Shipping - We offer free Standard Shipping when you order over Rs 2499 /- or more. This does not apply to North East and Jammu Region.
Region I - All of Maharashtra ( Including Pune ) - Rs 60/- Flat
Region II - All Over India ( Excluding Maharashtra, Jammu Kashmir & North East ) - Rs 100/- Flat
Region III - Jammu Kashmir & North East - Rs 300/- Flat
We do not offer Cash on Delivery, only pre paid orders.
We currently ship only within India, our apologies to our International customers.
Please make sure you provide your correct postal address preferably along with a land mark - if your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address we will charge a re-shipment fee .
We have various shipping partners and will choose one depending on the serviceability. Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information via Email. It is the customers responsibility to track the shipment. But please contact us in case of any issues and we will definitely assist you in getting your order delivered. Rest assured.
In case the Pin code / Address is not serviceable by any of our shipping partners we will dispatch the order via Registered Parcel Service from India Post. This will come with a tracking number which will be communicated to you through email.
Returns & Refunds
Please note that due to the nature of our product's un-fortunately, we do not offer any refunds or accept returns. We can only issue a refund or replacement if the product received is damaged or broken. All sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with a product, please feel free to mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the problem you might be facing and we will try our best to resolve it.
