Shipping

We dispatch orders within 2 - 3 business days after receipt of your order from our studio in Pune. We however do not dispatch orders on national / state holidays. We have various shipping partners as well as Drop Shippers and will choose one depending on the serviceability. You will receive an email notification containing tracking information once your order has shipped. Once dispatched, please allow approximately 5 to 15 business days for your order to arrive with standard delivery.

We only process orders with a minimum order value of Rs 299/- and above.

Shipping Charges

Free Standard Shipping - We offer free Standard Shipping when you order over Rs 3500 /- (* Not applicable on RTO cases)

Free standard shipping is not applicable for bulk orders.

- All of Maharashtra (Excluding Pune) - Rs 110/-

- Pune (Local Delivery) - Rs 100/-

- All over India - Rs 110/- Rate's As Per Weight

- Express Shipping unto 1 Kg - Rs 300/-

- We do not offer Cash on Delivery, only pre-paid orders.

In case of non - delivery for any reason, re shipping charges will apply at actuals. This also applies to orders processed under “Free Standard Shipping".

We currently ship only within India, our apologies to our International customers.

Return & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product's (personal care), we do not offer any refunds, exchanges or returns. All sales are final.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to make it right."

We will offer a replacement or a refund in certain circumstances. Please reach out to us with your concerns.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to let us know. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
