No, We test our products on humans .

All of our products are suitable for vegetarians. We also offer a growing range of vegan products. The same is also mentioned under each product description.

Our soaps may contain only natural Essential Oils and / or phalathe free fragrance oils or a combination of them both. The gentle essential oil fragrances we use are created from steam distilled flowers, petals or fruit. And in a few cases we also use Absolutes, like the Vanilla in our Powder Cleanser. Because there is nothing as Vanilla Essential Oil. Its either an oleoresin, absolute, or CO2 extract. Our Essential oils are used within the recommended dermal limit.

Yes, most likely you will be able to use our products as they have been formulated with sensitive skin in mind and are incredibly gentle and soothing. We would always suggest avoiding any form of scent and trying our un-scented and un-coloured soap bars. We however always recommend you to do a Patch Test before use. If you do experience any irritation, please discontinue use. We are unable to make any health-related claims about our products. We are not medical or healthcare professionals and do not claim that the use of our products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and / or mental health conditions. The information in our listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product.

It is highly recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women to check with their physician regarding which essential oils are safe to use. We recommend un scented soaps for babies like our Baby Soap , made specially keeping the little ones in mind.

All our products are shipped plastic free except for maybe our salt bars which are sealed in plastic shrink wrap given the nature of salt to attract moisture from the air.We are trying hard to find an alternative for our salt bars. So far in vain. We use food grade paper to wrap our soaps,paper labels and water activated paper tape to seal our boxes. Please note that so far this year (2024) with the heavy and continous rains, we have been forced to wrap some of our bars in bio cling wrap additionally to protect them from the humidity. Only those bars that we think would sweat after leaving our hands will be cling wrapped. We have so far tried other ways / materials but none have really worked. The bars remain moist inside and ultimately become soggy. So with a heavy heart we had to take this measure. Yes, we do . However, please note that cold process soaps take 4-6 weeks to cure minimum. This is also weather dependent. So if you would like to place a custom / bulk order, we would need enough time to finalize the design, fragrance, packaging etc. at least a minimum of 2 months in advance to be able to give you your finished product in time. The same goes for Bulk orders We would however request you to drop us an email for Bulk Order enquiries. We could have instances where we have our hands full and not in a poistion to take on a bulk order request. Pricing : Would be dependent on the requirements ( ingredeints, design, packaging etc) Payment: Advance payment of 50% will need to be paid for starting on your custom order . The balance amounts + shipping to be paid before dispatch.

No, at the moment we do not do white label.

No. We are currently a one women business and operating at minimal capacity as a small business and would require more hands to reach a point wherein we can take customized orders. We do make customize soaps provided they meet our Minimum Order Requirement.

If it's been over a week (excluding public holidays and sundays) since you received your shipping confirmation email, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you however we would always say to allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered. Especially during festival times as well as monsoons.

We are offering in person pickup facility for Pune orders from 24 Bund Garden, Pune. In this option we will send email confirmation with details for collecting your order once we have it all ready which is typically two working days. Please note this is just a pick up facility for pre - paid orders and we currently do not offer in store shopping.
