Our Story

Soap Stories is a small, women-led business based in the quaint town of Pune, Maharashtra.

The brand was born from a lifelong love of soaps—an affection passed down from my mother, who cherished the beautiful bars my father brought home from his travels. That early fascination grew into a deep passion for cold-pressed plant oils, botanical extracts, and essential oils.

Even as I manage a full-time Investment Advisory, Soap Stories is where I return to create minimal, slow-made skincare that celebrates simplicity. Nature inspires me – in all its simplicity, in all its complexity.

All our soaps are handmade using the traditional cold-process method. We use high-quality, unrefined, and organic ingredients wherever possible, and our skincare range follows the same philosophy: simple, effective, and close to nature.
